Who Said a Note Isn’t Worth $1000?

Who Said a Note Isn’t Worth $1000?

Catchy title isn’t it? But don’t confuse the notes you used to pass in school with the notes I’m referring to. This is a whole different subject, but definitely something that could make you literally thousands of dollars with NO money! Its a new topic I’ll begin talking about from time to time.

What is a Cash Flow Note?

The best explanation exactly is that a cash flow note is nothing more then a promissory note secured by a mortgage, deed, contract, etc. Sometimes people refer to them as old-fashion I.O.U.’s — which is basically the same explanation I just gave you.

To better in-depth explain a note, it’s best defined as a contract that states you will pay someone XX amount of money over XX amount of years with a “security instrument” securing the note itself. For instance, the title to a home you sold would be the “security instrument” and the note would guarantee you being paid.

What’s the Income Potential

To be modest, you COULD be looking at anywhere from $2500+ per brokered note. This is assuming you take on the field of note brokering, which is recommended for the first year or two (or longer) before progressing to an investor.

What is Required for Note Brokering?

Just the ability to do some ample advertising and marketing and the knowledge of note brokering. If you get both of these two then it’s smooth sailing from there. But to come straight out with it, obtaining the knowledge is not as easy as you may think.

To be honest with you, the time frame all relies on how dedicated you are to learning this business. It’s not easy and then again it’s not hard. It’s what you make it.

The Future of Note Brokering Topics on Wealthy Hustler

Although the topic really isn’t a online money maker, it is a true revenue builder. Therefore, expect more note brokering discussions over time. I’ll mainly be focusing on NOTE BROKERING (and not NOTE INVESTING, at least yet.) NOTE INVESTING is much harder and requires a lot more information.

I expect to get back into note brokering myself in the future and hopefully I can share my experiences with my readers and offer strategies and tips. I’ll also be doing an interview with another note broker who has made a good amount of money from note brokering so stick around for that.
