If you’ve ever created a product or service and found it a major headache to promote it, then maybe your not thinking outside of the box. Successful commercial advertising is a costly objective to achieve in terms of getting conversions. But I’ve devised 4 reason’s why you should choose AFFILIATE advertising over commercial advertising.
So why would I choose affiliate advertising over commercial advertising any given day of the week?
Simply because affiliate advertising SAVES you money in the long run and allows you to focus simply on enhancing the product/service while letting others market whatever it is you’ve created. If you have more time to enhance the product/service you have created, you’ll be more profitable in the end and of course, the affiliates/publishers will be happy because their getting paid from it.
So without further or due, here’s the TOP 4 REASONS TO DO AFFILIATE ADVERTISING! By the way, keep in mind that when I say “COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING” that I am referring to advertisements ran on TV or print media.
Affiliate advertising saves money! If you take a product and advertise it in print media or television, you’ll most likely be wasting money. Sure it’ll get the word out about your product/service and will result in long-term exposure but it’s not guaranteeing you’ll convert much of those visitors.
Not to mention - the price of advertising on these 2 sources will usually run your money more then you’ll be converting. And don’t forget, those pennies will begin to add up in the long run.
Selling a new product/service can be a headache as I’ve once mentioned already. But what if you could get your product marketed and only pay when the offer converts? Doesn’t this sound a bit attractive?
With affiliate advertising, you only pay once a conversion is completed. For instance, if you are looking for lead’s to contact and convert to prospects, you can pay a small amount every time someone completes the form.
Try that with commercial advertising…
Let’s be honest, many of us don’t like to hire, let alone outsource, the marketing part of our business to a company that isn’t guaranteeing conversions. Sure they may be big and can try and promise conversions on whatever it is we’re offering but if they don’t, you still have to pay.
This is where the affiliate publishers come in. And assuming your utilizing a affiliate network with some quality-filled publishers, your sure to make some good conversions. Letting the publishers do the work will allow you to focus more on the product/service then marketing it. Just one less thing affiliate advertising saves you from.
Some print media advertising and television advertising usually are directed to the general audience. But when it comes down to affiliate advertising, you can target your audience and eliminate paying for un-interested views of your product/service.
For instance, why pay for commercial advertising of an college textbooks website to a group of senior citizens. Doesn’t quite click does it.
